Orders & production
How are your products made?
Every Indescribable Peace Creations item is printed or embroidered just for you after you order. Each order is made first and then shipped, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes. You get 10% off automatically when you buy 2 or more items. It's applied at checkout, no code needed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada. We can't ship to other countries at this time. Some extra-color editions ship to US addresses only, and this is noted on the product page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from where you live and what's in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay. Canadian orders are shown in Canadian dollars.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped, and packages returned because of an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at your cost.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in its original condition. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the item price once we receive it.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and check the return. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. Size charts for our tees and hoodie are on each product page.
